Wild Waterfall Villas is an under-construction development of eight private pool villas on a hillside plot in Bo Phut, Koh Samui. The island of Koh Pha Ngan is visible from the site on a clear day.

Built by HZ Properties, the project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026. Only eight villas are planned across the entire hillside plot.

The estate sits on roughly 3.4 rai of hillside land, with each four-bedroom villa positioned to take in views toward the Gulf of Thailand. Plots are staggered up the slope rather than set in a single row.

Built-up areas across the eight villas range from around 576 sqm to 673 sqm, each with its own infinity pool. Each villa also includes a basement level for extra living space.

Villas are priced at THB 33 million, with several units already reserved ahead of completion. Buyers reserving early have the widest choice of remaining plots.

The hillside setting is around three kilometres from Bo Phut Beach and Fisherman's Village.
